Circuit     Includes cardiovascular and strength training stations. Great overall workout. Not for beginners.
Cycle & Weights Cycle & weight intervals ending with abs and stretching.
Cycle Reebok Non-impact, high intensity cardiovascular workout on a stationary bicycle.
Kickbox Training Includes kicks, punches, balance, strengthening and stretching.
Litefit Low impact cardiovascular workout combining aerobics, free weights, abdominal exercises and stretching.
Muscle Blast Intense exercise class using free weights, band and body bars. Short cardiovascular segments will keep you sweating.
Pilates    Learn Pilates moves and improve muscle control, flexibility and strength.
Seibukan Karate-Do Martial Art for self-defense. $10 per person per month or $5 a class.

Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. A chair is used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises

Have fun with a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.

Aquatic fitness class using a kickboard to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Yoga Stretch
Complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation promotes stress reduction and mental clarity.
Step & Sculpt Cardiovascular and strength training class using the step. Abdominal exercises and stretching included.
Water Fitness Stretch and strengthen your body in a non-impact environment.

NAUTILUS TRAINING

A Nautilus training class will provide you with valuable instruction on how to best use the equipment to help you accomplish your exercise goals. Recommendations will be made on the number of sets and repetitions, as well as addressing other fitness concerns. Sign up for a complimentary class today!
